How to Order

Begin building your invitation suite by selecting from one of the following options.

3 Piece Suite: includes the main invitation, main outer envelope, and one insert card*

4 Piece Suite: includes the main invitation, main outer envelope, response card, and response envelope

5 Piece Suite: include the main invitation, main outer envelope, response card, response envelope, and one insert card*

* Insert Cards can be used for any other details you wish to include like online rsvp, website details, accommodations, reception information, welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, ect. 

* Please note that any embellishments shown in the photos are not included but can be added on.  Select from any of our silk ribbons, belly bands, or envelope liners to coordinate with your wedding theme, making your invitation suite truly one-of-a-kind.

After selecting the quantity of suites the pricing will automatically update.

Upon clicking "Personalize", a form will appear for you to customize your color selections and wording for your invitation and insert cards. 

After completing your form, click 'Add to Cart'. Once all items you wish to purchase are in your cart, follow the checkout procedure. You will receive a confirmation email that includes all details of your order. 

 

Process

Digital proofs will be emailed to you within 5 business days after we receive your completed wording form.  *If we receive an incomplete order form, we will not begin the proofing process until we have received all necessary information from you.*

Two complimentary rounds of revisions are included. Each additional round is $50, billed separately.

Once all proofs are approved, printing and assembly begins! 

 

Production Timelines

The following production timelines begin once your proofs are approved.

Digitally Printed Suites: 2-3 weeks upon approval
Letterpress Printed Suites: 4-6 weeks upon approval
Foil Printed Suites: 4-6 weeks upon approval

Embellishments

Enhance your wedding invitation suite with our luxury embellishments, crafting a truly unique masterpiece. From exquisite floral envelope liners to hand-dyed silk ribbons and custom wax seals, our attention to detail will ensure your wedding invitations truly stand out.

Envelope Addressing

Our guest addressing service is best way to make sure the outside of the envelope coordinates with what’s inside. By using matching fonts and ink colors, your envelopes will make a statement and be ready to mail when you receive them.

All invitation suite orders ship for FREE within the US via USPS Ground Advantage from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. You will be notified when your order ships and sent a tracking number.

Please note that we do not offer mailing services to your guests.

We suggest that your invitations be "hand-canceled" at the post office. Hand-canceling is the process by which the envelope is processed by hand, avoiding potential damage by avoiding the large processing machines the post office uses. Hand-canceling minimizes the amount of stamping, bar codes, and other marks the post office automatically puts on mailings. The process also ensures your invitations don't get caught, torn, or damaged by the machines. This may require additional postage.

We suggest taking one completely assembled invitation set to your local post office, where they will weigh it and let you know what postage will cost before purchasing stamps and mailing your invitations.
